On 25 August at 18:00 Kyiv time, the deadline for submitting applications for admission to master’s programmes on a budget and contract basis based on bachelor’s, specialist or master’s degrees will expire. After that, higher education institutions will be able to announce additional enrolment only on a contract basis, which will last until 20 October.
After the application period ends, state-funded places will be allocated according to an algorithm for the targeted placement of state and regional orders. Lists of applicants recommended for state-funded study will be published by 28 August inclusive.
An applicant can receive only one recommendation for a budget place. The status of such an application in the electronic office will change to “Recommended for enrolment (study under state (regional) order)”.
Those who wish to take advantage of the recommendation must confirm their choice of place of study in the electronic office or directly at the institution by 18:00 on 30 August, fulfil the admission requirements in accordance with the admission rules and sign a study agreement.
Enrolment for state-funded places will continue until 1 September. On the same day, recommendations for contract-based programmes will begin, and final enrolment for contract-based programmes will be completed by 30 September.
