The Ministry of Social Policy explains that tablets will help specialists provide social services faster and with higher quality. This includes both support for those released from captivity and assistance to their families. Social services are determined on an individual basis: from crisis counselling and home care to social adaptation and integration.

Special attention is also paid to internally displaced persons. Services such as shelter, social support and emergency crisis assistance are available to them.

The Ukrainian Rapid Response Fund programme is implemented by IREX with the support of the US State Department. Its goal is to increase the resilience of the Ukrainian government, civil society and population in the context of full-scale war.
