A training session dedicated to protecting the rights of military personnel and their loved ones will be held in Vinnytsia. Participants will learn how to effectively defend their interests and influence decision-making in communities and at the national level.
The event will take place on August 23 at the hub on 29 Slavetna Street. The training will be conducted by Ukrainian human rights activist and public figure Ella Lamakh, chair of the board of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Center for Democracy Development.”

The program will include an introduction to the principles of advocacy, tools for influencing government, media, and society, as well as practical development of their own advocacy initiatives. The organizer is the Open Society Institute in partnership with veterans’ organizations as part of the projects “Comprehensive Support for Female Veterans and Their Families” and “Women. Peace.
