The card can be issued directly in the Diya app, which will eliminate bureaucracy and reduce the time required to apply for assistance.

Instead of several separate bank accounts for each state or humanitarian program, users will have one digital wallet with the ability to create several accounts within it. This will simplify the receipt of various types of assistance — from e-books and school packages to pensions, payments from international organizations, and military bonds.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine says that the new initiative is in line with Diya’s philosophy of creating the most convenient digital services that optimize existing processes and reduce the burden on users. The launch of Diya.Card is expected in the near future.
