Headquarters opened in Kyiv to help victims of the 10 July attack

Temporary headquarters have been set up in the Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi districts of the capital to support residents affected by the enemy attack on 10 July.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the headquarters are operating at two addresses: 8 Kopernika Street (in the premises of School No. 101) and 39 Yuri Illenko Street (in School No. 61). In the Podilskyi district, the headquarters were opened at 28-G Elektrykiv Street, in the lobby of a dormitory.

At each of these locations, residents can receive professional advice, assistance with filling out applications for payments, psychological and legal support, as well as explanations regarding participation in the “eRecovery” programme.

Victims can apply for a one-time financial assistance of 10,000 hryvnias under the city programme “Care. Towards Kyiv residents.” If the housing is deemed unfit for habitation, additional payments are provided: a one-time payment of 40,000 hryvnia for renting temporary housing, as well as 20,000 hryvnia per month for up to one year — until permanent housing is restored.

Separately, there is a state programme called “eRestoration”, which provides financial support through the “Dія” app for owners of damaged property.

Contact persons at the headquarters can provide details on the procedures for submitting applications, the necessary documents and the conditions for participating in the assistance programmes.
