An educational programme for internally displaced people and other vulnerable groups has been launched in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. The initiative “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” is being implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of colleagues from Spain and Switzerland.

The programme is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of participants in the labour market. It helps people to adapt to new conditions, gain the necessary knowledge, self-confidence and find their place in the professional environment.
The training includes practical workshops on CV preparation, job interviews, and work with psychologists and self-presentation specialists. In addition, individual counselling, psychosocial support and stress management are provided.
The programme also offers vocational training or advanced training in a wide range of professions, from driver, electrician and accountant to manicurist, SMM manager and pastry chef. There are also courses on the basics of micro-entrepreneurship for those who want to start their own business.
The project was created to help everyone find a new vector of development and fulfil themselves despite difficult life circumstances.
