The programme is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of participants in the labour market. It helps people to adapt to new conditions, gain the necessary knowledge, self-confidence and find their place in the professional environment.

The training includes practical workshops on CV preparation, job interviews, and work with psychologists and self-presentation specialists. In addition, individual counselling, psychosocial support and stress management are provided.

The programme also offers vocational training or advanced training in a wide range of professions, from driver, electrician and accountant to manicurist, SMM manager and pastry chef. There are also courses on the basics of micro-entrepreneurship for those who want to start their own business.

The project was created to help everyone find a new vector of development and fulfil themselves despite difficult life circumstances.

Details and registration are available on the official website of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
