Grants for Ukrainian activists for digital solutions for communities

Ukrainian activists can receive a €5,000 scholarship to implement digital projects that will positively impact the lives of their communities. The programme aims to support ideas that promote social change through IT solutions. Possible areas of focus include the creation of online platforms for internally displaced persons, websites with legal support for vulnerable groups, or digital tools to help Ukrainian civil servants better navigate EU legislation.

Each participant will receive not only funding but also access to training, coaching, and support from experienced mentors. The scholarship budget can be used to organise events, travel, promotion, as well as pay for accountant, lawyer, or office rent — if these costs do not exceed 10% of the total amount.

Participation in the programme also provides access to the alumni community, where activists can continue to develop their ideas, strengthen their professional brand and expand their network of contacts.

Citizens of Ukraine who work in IT or have experience in creating digital products, have at least a B1 level of English and have not participated in the programme before are eligible to apply. Participants must be of legal age.
