The centre was built following a full reconstruction of a five-storey medical facility and meets the highest standards of inclusivity — wide doorways, accessible restrooms, no thresholds, and non-slip flooring. The first two floors are dedicated to innovative rehabilitation zones equipped with VR-based technology and devices to treat various injuries, including gunshot and blast wounds. The remaining three floors offer inpatient accommodation with 104 beds in 33 rooms.

Multidisciplinary teams, including rehabilitation physicians, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists and psychologists, deliver patient-centred care. Each service member receives an individual recovery plan tailored to their needs, recovery goals, and military specialty when applicable.

This new facility is expected to serve over 2,000 patients annually. The RECOVERY network currently operates 18 centres in 15 regions across Ukraine, having already supported more than 25,000 service members since the start of the full-scale invasion.
