This initiative aims to bolster entrepreneurship in areas most affected by military actions. The increased grant amount will enable local entrepreneurs to restore or expand their operations, create new jobs, and contribute to the economic recovery of their communities.

The “Own Business” programme is part of the government’s “eWork” initiative and is implemented through the State Employment Service. Since its launch, thousands of Ukrainians have benefited from financial support to grow their businesses.

Applications can be submitted via the “Diia” portal. Submissions are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with grant decisions based on the business plan and programme criteria.
