Priority is given to initiatives representing the interests of groups vulnerable to discrimination: women, people with disabilities, the LGBTQI+ community, veterans, internally displaced persons, representatives of ethnic and religious minorities, and the elderly.

The competition supports projects aimed at monitoring the human rights situation, conducting advocacy and information campaigns, implementing educational programmes and trainings, providing legal and psychological assistance to human rights defenders and civic activists. It also supports rehabilitation and resumption of CSO activities.

Funding for one project can range from €20,000 to €50,000. The application deadline is 29 May 2025, 23:59 Kyiv time. To be considered, the application must meet the technical requirements described in detail on the official ZMINA website.
