A new series of 14 lessons on communication in the army has been launched on Diya.Osvita

The Diia.Osvita platform has launched a new educational series, Gender-Sensitive and Non-Discriminatory Communication in the Military, created in collaboration with the VETERANKA social movement. The goal of the project is to promote a culture of mutual respect in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and ensure equal treatment of all servicemen and women, regardless of gender, experience, or position.

The series contains 14 practical video lessons and is aimed at commanders, instructors, military psychologists, veterans, and anyone who cares about a healthy psychological climate in military units. The course materials are designed to teach how to maintain morale, build effective teamwork, avoid conflicts, and protect yourself in critical situations.

The project also aims to prevent discrimination in the army environment, which can become particularly acute in times of war. The videos are accompanied by specific examples and advice from experts, including human rights activist Oleksandra Matviychuk, journalist Kateryna Halushka, psychologist Vitaliy Lytvyn, as well as military personnel, activists and communication experts.

The series is available for free on the Diia.Osvita platform and can be a useful tool for teams to create a new, more sensitive and conscious military environment based on equality and respect.
