Google has announced the launch of a new training programme, Google Cloud for Students: A Confident Career Start. The company will hold a series of free online workshops for students and teachers who want to deepen their digital knowledge and skills and build a career in IT. To register, please follow the link.
Participants will be able to gain practical knowledge from Google experts and leading Ukrainian IT professionals on cloud computing, generative artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Schedule of online meetings:
24 April, 17:00 – a panel discussion on career opportunities in Google Cloud: what is GCloud Software Engineer, Consultant, Automation Engineer, Software Architect and what skills are needed to get started;
1 May, 17:00 – discussion of trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity;
8 May, 17:00 – practical tips on resume writing, finding the first job in IT, the importance of pet projects and trends in 2025.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive certificates and the opportunity to work with the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform. The programme will also be useful for university professors who want to prepare students for the requirements of the modern labour market.
