The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved a list of cities abroad where applicants will be able to take the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE) for Master’s degree in 2025. The relevant order was signed by the Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi, Osvita.UA reports.

Exams outside Ukraine will be held only during the main session. In total, applicants will be able to take the tests in 15 cities in seven countries: Latvia (Riga), Bulgaria (Sofia), Poland (Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow), the United Kingdom (London), Germany (Berlin, Jena, Munich), France (Paris) and the Czech Republic (Brno, Prague).
The Centre for Educational Quality Assessment clarifies that the EIT will be held in all designated cities, but testing in ten EIT subjects will not be held in all of them. The exact list of cities for the EMI will depend on the technical feasibility of organising the tests.
Registration for exams in a foreign city will be carried out within the quota set by the partners. Due to the limited number of places, applicants are advised not to delay their applications.
The main stage of registration for participation in the EMI and EHEA will last from 2 to 23 May 2025. Registration will be carried out by the admissions committees of Ukrainian higher education institutions. Participants will receive exam sheets with login details for their personal account on the applicant portal.
