The first free wheelchair and crutch hire point opened in Brovary

The first rehabilitation equipment rental centre has been opened in Brovary. This was announced by the head of the Brovary Community NGO, Sergey Bogutsky.

Here you can rent wheelchairs, crutches, canes, walkers and rollators for free. The equipment is issued for 90 days with the possibility of extension.

The initiative was launched to support primarily older people who have difficulty moving around.

The Brovary Community NGO has previously provided walkers and wheelchairs to older people. However, according to Bogutsky, the need for such equipment is constantly growing.

For a preliminary consultation and an appointment, please call (098) 348-70-24 or visit the centre at 8 Chornovola Street, Brovary. To receive auxiliary aids, a minimum set of documents is required.
