PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) is a global study that assesses the level of knowledge and skills of adolescents in reading, mathematics and science. This year’s test will also examine students’ competencies in learning in the digital world and foreign language skills.
The testing will take place online. Participants will complete unique sets of tasks and fill in questionnaires to help researchers better understand the factors that influence adolescents’ academic performance.
Ukraine is participating in PISA for the third time. The study includes a representative sample of students from 17 regions, including both rural and urban schools. The main stage will last until 4 May 2025, and the results will form the basis for educational reforms and strategic planning in Ukraine.
