Compared to December 2024, this figure has remained almost unchanged (51%). At the same time, 39% of respondents believe that Ukraine can make territorial concessions to achieve peace as soon as possible (38% in December). Another 11% were undecided.
The survey was conducted among the adult population of Ukraine living in government-controlled areas. The sample did not include residents of the temporarily occupied regions, but some respondents are internally displaced persons. Citizens who moved abroad after 24 February 2022 did not participate in the survey.
