Each application will become part of the foundation for future reparations and further evidence of Russia’s crimes. The service is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the support of USAID, UK Dev and the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Programme. The international Register of Losses is being developed by project partners DTA and the East Europe Foundation.
