The psychological state of the military can be monitored through the Prism platform

The Centre for Scaling Technology Solutions has developed a platform for collecting, analysing and monitoring the psychological state of military personnel called Prisma.

This is important to prevent negative consequences, such as PTSD.

The platform was piloted in more than 40 units of various branches of the armed forces, involving up to 200 psychologists who conducted more than 25,000 surveys in interaction with more than 16,000 respondents.

The platform’s functionality includes:

  • Universal survey designer with the ability to schedule personnel surveys
  • Web-based respondent application
  • Psychological profile of a serviceman
  • Remote testing of personnel with the ability to conduct anonymous surveys.

In the future, it is planned to adapt the system as a component of the automation of psychological support processes as part of the Impulse ICS.
