In autumn 2025, the Diia app plans to launch an online divorce service. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov during a live broadcast on TikTok.
According to him, the service interface will have gamification elements to encourage users to reconsider their decision. Fedorov stressed that the launch of the service is important during the war, as it will avoid queues and personal visits to institutions.
In the coming days, Diia will also launch a “Schoolchild’s Package” service, allowing parents to receive 5,000 hryvnias on their Diia.Card and spend it on preparing their child for the school year. In addition, several more online rooms for marriage are planned to open by September to reduce queues for this service.
Other plans include the launch of electronic excise duty in January 2026 and surname change services by the end of 2025. By the end of this year, it is also planned to create the basis for “eNotary”, and the full launch of online notary services is expected in the first quarter of 2026.
