UNDP Ukraine, in partnership with the Government of Denmark, has announced recruitment for a new youth leadership development program called “InEvolve.” Its goal is to help young people from affected and frontline regions find themselves in public activities, gain new knowledge and skills, and join in the restoration of their communities.
The program will last four months and will include a summer camp, local initiatives, and a youth project competition. Participants will be able to develop leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, obtain practical tools for participating in decision-making, and learn how to create socially significant initiatives.

Special attention will be given to young people from Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, as well as IDPs from Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The program format provides full coverage of expenses, as well as the opportunity to implement your own project with funding of up to $3,000. Priority is given to “soft” initiatives focused on legal awareness, civic engagement, and strengthening youth participation in the country’s recovery.
Applications for participation can be submitted until August 10. The organizers will select 30 participants, taking into account regional and gender representation, as well as ideas for future initiatives.
