In the Solomyanskyi district, a team of Red Cross volunteers provided first aid to three people who were injured in a shelter. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the shelling partially destroyed a five-story residential building, caused a large fire on the roof of a seven-story building with an area of about 2,000 square metres, and set fire to warehouses, a service station and garages.

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, volunteers evacuated two elderly people from the 12th floor of a building and even rescued their cat. First aid was provided to four other victims. In this district, a fire broke out after a 14-storey residential building was hit, and cars caught fire. Volunteers also provided initial psychological assistance to the victims at the scene.
Currently, aid stations from the Sviatoshyn and Solomyanskyi organisations of the Ukrainian Red Cross are operating in the city. They are providing residents of damaged buildings with humanitarian aid, including building materials for temporary repairs, water, tea and everything necessary for initial support.
According to Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, the attack damaged residential buildings, educational, medical and transport infrastructure. As of this morning, more than 20 people are known to have been injured, including a 10-year-old child.
