The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has announced the start of registration for electronic accounts for applicants to higher, pre-higher and vocational education institutions. This tool is mandatory for submitting applications for admission in 2025.

The ministry noted that technical difficulties are possible in the first days of the system’s operation due to the large number of requests. In this regard, applicants are advised not to rush to register on the first day, but also not to postpone registration until the last moment. The optimal time is between peak loads.
The Ministry of Education and Science also emphasised that this year, all electronic accounts created in previous years are inactive, so each applicant needs to register a new profile.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytskyi addressed future students with advice on choosing an educational institution. According to him, a university is not only a place to gain knowledge, but also a space for personal development, new acquaintances and professional growth.
He urged applicants to listen to themselves, consider their own interests, and carefully study the specifics of educational programmes. Vynnytskyi also emphasised that choosing the wrong specialisation is not fatal — it is always possible to change the direction of study within the university.
