The programme aims to rethink the cultural sphere in the context of war. Participants can expect lectures and discussions with leading experts, networking with cultural figures from all over Ukraine, and pitching ideas in Kyiv. Finalists will be able to implement their projects over the course of a year with the support of mentors.

The programme is designed for museums, libraries, cultural centres, community centres and non-governmental organisations working on issues of identity, memory, communities and culture in wartime. Both displaced institutions and those remaining in frontline or de-occupied regions can participate: Chernihiv, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

Applications can be submitted until 23:59 on 7 July 2025. The programme is supported by the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Fund, which is financed by the governments of the United Kingdom, Estonia, Canada, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Sweden.
