The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is launching an update of the standards of professional higher education and calls on business representatives to join the process. The initiative is being implemented in cooperation with the reform team and international partners.
The goal of the update is to make educational standards more practical and adapted to the needs of the modern labour market. To achieve this, it is important to take into account the real-life experience of employers, their expectations of future professionals, and the requirements for knowledge, skills, and competences.
Businesses have several opportunities to influence the reform: participation in working groups to develop standards, providing comments on drafts, and formulating proposals for learning outcomes. To do this, just fill out a short questionnaire — the survey runs until 6 June 2025.
The results of the survey will allow us to form industry groups with the participation of business, better take into account the needs of the labour market and ensure the training of competitive personnel.
