REDpreneurUA is an educational initiative designed to support the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine during wartime. It combines business thinking with a social mission, and the first module of the training explores how entrepreneurship can be a tool for resilience, innovation, and community strengthening. Social enterprises offer job opportunities to vulnerable groups, contribute to local economies, and support social cohesion in times of crisis.

The training is delivered in collaboration with School of ME — a unique civil society organisation and startup focused on conscious entrepreneurship and progressive education.

The initiative is jointly implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Austrian Red Cross, with the support of the Austrian fund Neighbour in Need.
