On May 2, official registration for postgraduate studies begins in Ukraine, which will last until May 23 inclusive. This was reported by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment. The campaign covers those seeking to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Arts degree in 2025.
According to the Admission Procedure, applicants must pass a single entrance exam (SEE), as well as a single entrance exam in research methodology (SEE). Registration will be carried out by the admissions committees of higher education institutions and will be available both in the traditional format – in person and remotely. This approach allows applicants to choose a convenient way to submit documents, which is especially important given the challenges associated with the war.

In case of any questions or difficulties during the registration process, applicants are advised to contact the admissions offices of the selected universities directly, which are authorized to conduct this process and provide support.
At the same time, preparations for the main session of the National Multisubject Test (NMT), which is held from May 14 to June 25, are underway. Its results are used for admission to the bachelor’s program. As a reminder, registration for the main session of the NMT took place from March 6 to April 8, and the test itself includes compulsory subjects – Ukrainian language, history of Ukraine, mathematics – and an additional subject of the applicant’s choice.
